Fibromyalgia and Ningxia Red

Fibromyalgia is an autoimmune disorder of the soft tissue.  It is an inflammatory condition where your body is in pain, especially after exercise.  The fourth stage of sleep is not attained and fatigue sets in.

Young Living Essential Oils (YLEO) has a product called NingXia Red is high on the ORAC scale (measures antioxidant levels). It is anti-inflammatory and can relieve some pain with people who have fibromyalgia or arthritis. Fibromyalgia is an acidic condition in which the liver is toxic. Limonene is found in citrus oils and helps with detoxifying the liver.
